Celia began her journey in real estate in the early 2000s, transitioning from small rental investments to larger, more complex developments. Over time, she became known for her ability to bring together the right people, identify overlooked opportunities, and manage every step of the development process — from entitlement to construction to lease-up.
Driven by a belief in building more than just buildings, Celia sees each project as a way to leave a lasting footprint. Her approach is grounded in purpose — creating spaces that serve people today and continue to carry meaning well into the future.
